Yes! Each unit comes with a 2 car driveway and we offer overflow parking at the office.

Our amenities include onsite management, a basketball court, a playground, pest control, lawn care.

We are! We love the furbabies, however, we do have certain size and breed restrictions you can check out listed in our rental criteria/community guidelines.

The fridge, stove, and dishwasher all come with the unit.

We do not currently offer furnished apartments at this time.

Sanford is forever growing and expanding, however there is no public transport currently offered by the city.

Broadway Elementary, East Lee Middle School, and Lee County High School are the public schools in the area.
